Description: The client wanted to replace an under-utilised conservatory with functional living space and a patio for entertaining.

The Job – June 2017:
The first step was to take down the old conservatory to make way for building an extension to accommodate a contemporary snug and home office space. The extension was to be fitted with a span of bi-folding doors opening onto a wide patio area.

KL & Sons Building Services brought all its resources to bear for the management and execution of this exciting project. We called in an impressive array of specialist trades for each stage of the work. First came the demolition experts to remove the old conservatory; then the groundworks crew laid sturdy foundations for the new extension; we also provided bricklayers, roofers, first and second fix electrics and plumbers. The job was neatly finished off by plasterers applying matching rendering to tie in the extension to the rest of the house.
