"Earlier this year Kevin and his team built us a fabulous oak and glass garden room extension to our cottage as well as completely refitting our kitchen and adding a patio area. We are extremely pleased with the end result which has been finished to a high standard. Everyone in the team was polite, friendly, good humoured and very responsive to our requests. And where we had questions or uncertainties, they immediately gave helpful advice and options. We were updated on tasks and progress most days and they definitely minimised the disruption to us by working in a particular order and communicating what was coming next. “KL Builders: A truly professional firm. Scaffolding, materials and craftsmen all arrived on the date agreed. The workmanship was excellent. Some work was identified as unnecessary, thus my bill was reduced. But unscheduled yet necessary work was identified and completed. Site care was excellent. 3 storey scaffolding was necessary and yet when completed there was no rubbish (builders or otherwise). There was no noise pollution. Of course, they had their radio on but there was never an attempt to replicate Glastonbury.”

“Very pleased with KL& Sons Building Services. Following the installation of a boiler, the plumber found evidence of asbestos used in the construction. The original builder who we asked to carry out some home improvement wouldn't continue until we found someone to remove the asbestos. We were recommended KL & Son Building Services to remove the asbestos. They were also able to carry out the home improvement work as well. This was all carried out within days of the original request to a very high standard.”
